Privacy notice.
How we handle personal information submitted through the Chiarismo beta interest form.
1. Information collected
When you apply for beta access, we collect your name, email address, professional role, renderer preference, portfolio or LinkedIn URL, optional message, your consent and the time of submission. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information as part of spam prevention.
2. Purpose
We use applicant information to review suitability for private beta testing, communicate about your application and assess demand for Chiarismo. We do not sell applicant information.
3. Processors and security
Application records are stored using Supabase. Cloudflare provides the website infrastructure and Turnstile spam verification. If optional notifications are enabled, Resend may process notification emails. Appropriate service arrangements and international transfer safeguards must be verified by the operator.
4. Retention and your rights
Application records should be retained only as long as necessary for the beta review process, under a documented retention period to be published before public launch. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or object to processing of your personal information.
5. Contact
The verified data-controller identity and a working email address for privacy requests must be supplied before this site is marketed publicly. Do not publish an unverified address as a contact channel.
